DAN COOPER

Dan Cooper, Senior Investment Associate with NAI Daus, specializes in the sales of shopping center, retail, and office properties predominately in the Midwest Region of the United States. During the past year, he completed over 35 commercial sales transactions, with a cumulative total of over $265,000,000 worth of investment capital.   Additionally, Dan earned the title of ‘most successful producer in the history of NAI Daus’ at 2007 year-end, as well as the  election by Crain’s in 2008 as one of the “Top 20 in their 20’s
”, recognizing Dan as one of the twenty most-successful Clevelanders in their twenties.  

Dan Cooper acts as the leading agent of The Cooper Commercial Investment Group, working alongside Bob Havasi, Investment Associate. The group has historically been involved in a broad range of investment properties, with a prevailing focus on the sale of Second Generation and New Construction sites throughout the United States.

With a degree in the area of Finance from the John Carroll University School of Business, Dan has taken his high level of economic and financial knowledge, perceptivity and insight to a new level, which has helped him in traditional as well as outside-the-box investment sales transactions that require a visionary and creative approach. It is with these strengths that Dan has obtained a successful track record and continues to facilitate high level deals continually ranking him as a top producer at NAI.


   

BOB HAVASI

Bob Havasi, Investment Sales Associate with NAI Daus, actively works alongside Dan Cooper, Senior Investment Associate, to facilitate investment sales with a concentration on shopping center, retail, and office properties.

With a degree in Business and Finance from the Nance College of Business Administration at Cleveland State University, Bob has lived and studied in the city of Cleveland, and possesses superior market knowledge of the Midwest Region, with an emphasis on the Cleveland and Columbus commercial markets. Bob's work ethic and drive for success fosters quality relationships between himself and all clients with whom he works. His hunger for success, impressive utilization of resources, and desire to immerse himself in the operations of the industry have made Bob a vital element to The Group.

   
MELISSA TRILLIS

Melissa Trillis, agent assistant and marketing administrator to The Cooper Commercial Investment Group, brings a wealth of knowledge to the team from her years of experience at Developers Diversified Realty Corporation, headquartered in Cleveland, OH. Her years at DDR, the nation’s leading developer of market-dominant community centers, have molded as well as enriched her understanding of the commercial real estate market and given her the optimum insight needed to effectively assist, analyze, and create marking pieces for The Cooper Commercial Investment Group.

A degree in the area of Accountancy from John Carroll University’s School of Business has enabled Melissa to bring an essential element to the investment group. Her educational background coupled with her work experience has allowed her to enrich The Cooper Commercial Investment Group with a component that is fundamental to the group’s operations.
